Hydroponic Sweet PotatošŸ (9/3~9/17/23)

Hydroponics is a method of growing plants in a nutrient-enriched solution instead of soil. I tried to grow a sweet potato by using this method and observed its growth for the past 2 weeks. In such a short time, it grew way taller and faster than I expected it would- it really was an impressive sight (and I'm actually proud of the sweet potato even though I didn't do muchšŸ„¹šŸ˜…).

I won't record the changes for every single day, but this is its growth so faršŸ˜Š

D-1 (9/3/23)- I put the sweet potato in the water on this day!

D-3 (9/5/23)- its root started to come out.

D-4 (9/6/23)

D-7 (9/9/23)- sprouting leavesšŸŒ±

D-8 (9/10/23)

D-9 (9/11/23)

D-10 (9/12/23)

D-11 (9/13/23)

D-12 (9/14/23)

D-14 (9/16/23)

D-15 (9/17/23)- it grew so muchšŸ„¹šŸ„¹šŸ’• (I almost asked my mom where the plant was because I thought this was another plant for a secondšŸ¤£)

It feels even more unreal looking at the pictures from D-1 all the way up to today. I never would have imagined it would grow up this much and I'm really glad I tried this- it was really rewarding to watch a life grow. I hope it continues to grow up healthily!
